I am not sure how this company is when coming to sell your home but if you rent from them, THEY ARE HORRIBLE. If I could give them zero stars I would. Some of their agents are also, landlords/slumlords and instead of fixing a problem in a timely manner, as required by NC law, is evicting a tenant, which at the time of this review is ILLEGAL due to the NC eviction moratorium. The tenant, who is a friend and co-worker is not behind on rent, the eviction is due to the landlord being negligence and not making repairs to make the home, habitable in a timely manner in compliance with NC tenant/landlord laws. I have contacted news stations helping to get this family help. If you have even one employee that lacks compassion and understanding, it is a reflection of your company.
