Good place to close...a loan. We recently did a refi and chose these folks for a few reasons: 1. Recommendation of the realtor who helped us buy the house back in 2012. 2. Located close to the house. 3. Price - they were low even before we discovered they had a military discount too. Sheri was our closer. She asked how much detail we needed to be comfortable with the paperwork. Not our first rodeo and we had reviewed all of the documentation in the week before our appointment...our answer was "where do we sign?" We were done about 10-minutes later. I very much appreciated that Sheri's approach was about what we wanted instead of about how she thought the closing should go.

I closed on a property on September 2 2020. It is now September 23 2020 and I do not have a deed to my property. I have called the recorder of deeds and they say they have not received the deed to record it. Then investors Title says they have sent it. I paid them a lot of money and have to pay a note on a property I legally do not own and can not legally use for the intended purpose. The Lady I have been dealing with has been wonderful however it seems it is going nowhere. Investors has blamed the recorder of deeds, as well they blame Covid for slowing things down. I am not sure if I had a real estate issue again I think I would just hire an Atty to do the Job as I also understand they are less money.
