Investors Property Management

Honestly Investors Property management has been above and beyond for me as far as landlords go. Very understanding, they always go above and beyond. Never had a landlord who jumps on maintenance like they do very happy with it!

Currently renting under them and the service from them has been absolutely awful, they will only send you maintenance or someone to fix something quickly if it is a hazard to their property, i’ve currently been unable to do any laundry for 2 weeks because they won’t send someone out to replace what seems to be a single breaker.

Investors Property Management was great to work with. Speedy on repairs and good communication.

They do not care about taking care of maintenance. Even if you have rented for years and have never made a single late payment; the lack of maintenance will cost you your sanity and savings. Your rent will increase every single year. The property owners must give the "okay" for anything to be done and they are slumlords.

We just recently found a wonderful house in Greenwood through Investors Property Management. The staff there are wonderful. They were very helpful with the technology related to the application and move in process. (Technology is not my friend) once we we moved in, there were a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed, and this is where they really shine. Each issue was addressed quickly and resolved to our satisfaction. Management always got in touch with us afterwards to make sure everything was handled properly. We are very impressed and highly recommend this company.
