Tried several times to get info on their properties. They claim that you have to fill out a full application even with properties that you're looking to purchase. Their website is severely outdated. The person that answers the phone sounds ghetto af. Their website says to go look at properties and then you can call and ask questions. But when you call, you can't get any decent information. The "do-it-yourself" repairs are not clearly defined. And if you ask too many questions, the property is either all of sudden off the market or they can't answer questions without an application being filled out. BEWARE of this company as I couldn't find anything from the BBB about them.
