Hi, I have a friends who live in 4055 Tujunga for many years. Since Peter and Pamela have started managing the building the quality has gone severely downhill. As a RE Agent and a former property manager, I am surprised at their consistent unprofessionalism. The couple sends out emails with a threatening and punitive tone OR the emails that are self serving. One email to my friends was about promoting their new business! The next email included photos of dog poop! Peter and Pamela are the worst. They obviously have no professional expereince and do not know how to address market paying residents. Stay far away from 4055 Tujunga. I do not visit my friends anymore because of them. Sadly, Investors Management does nothing! SMH

I am at 20655 Vanowen St. #133 I have submitted a summary process to Notice To quit which was never received on my part. I have been here for over 20 years, and they have used me as an excuse to terminate my family as property manager. They have committed malpractice in order to remove them from there job and by not giving my brother and I a notice to quit CGS 47a-23 who are also tenants but not the manager. We are at the same unit and are entitled to the same eviction process via code CGS 47-a1 that was never served to us. This Rating is for the record and my protection.

I wish I had negative star to rate this companey . The most useless one in the market, they must go sale tacos at corner of street ,even might the wont be able to manage that too,super cheap and they make you wait months for fix something and then repair it ,they have no understanding that you have family ,because might they have no family either or they do not care about their family members , Conclusion donnitvtrust or even look at this direction , because the most usless and not responsive companey I ever met in my life ,with super usless agent and building managers that only they know how to go to boxes and get the check only .that all they know and nothing more .

Very good tenants. Always responsive (Perry, Jan, Brenda, Debbie) and the office. Things get fixed in a timely fashion.

Been living in there 21225 Saticoy building since 94 and love the spot have had many managers but this current manager as gone to the point were he was confrontational u cnt put in a complaint because the husband takes it like if its a Fighting matter further more the representative oc my building PERRY/ PERRIE is one sided and wont even listen to my concern and now fear of living in what has been my home since 1994 THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE TENANTS AT ALL DO NOT RENT ANY APARMENT WITH THIS COMPANY AS REPRESENTATIVES
