As a renters they truly dont protect their renters. I was told something after I first signed me lease they had no issues taking my money on April 1 2025 for the house in Steelville MO. I was told right after I was handed over the keys that they didnt do anything we talked about. That meant the panels in the basement that had mold. The mold was so bad that it was in the bathroom too. I asked if they could remove the hornets nest for safety reasons they didnt do it. When the home had its inspection the guy said to me its okay for you to live in it but not the next person. The deck was separating from the house, the mold panels were never taken care of. I came home after a work trip I so about a foot of water in the basement aka the bedroom and where the bathroom and laundry is. T
