My husband and I purchased our current home and the process was very easy. We worked with Amelia L. she was very helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed through the entire process. If I had any questions or concerns she addressed them, and if she didn't have the answer she made sure to seek guidance. While I am not familiar with the overall realty group I can say Amelia definitely made what can be a stressful process much better with her open communication and ability to get things done in an efficient matter.

Horrible agency. Had an agent by the name of Amelia that was representing buyers for a house I was selling. Amelia was dishonest, and extremely unethical and unprofessional. Amelia actively mislead not only the buyers, but myself as the seller as well. She ACTIVELY worked against the process, intentionally withheld paperwork and records, and sabotaged a real estate deal all because her broker had to “encourage” her to do her job when we first started complaining about her refusing to send documents I needed to close this deal! Amelia REFUSED to send legal documents showing what the breakdown of the closing costs I was supposed to be paying were. When I pressed the issue, the number for those closing costs miraculously dropped SIGNIFICANTLY, but she still refused to send any form of confirm

Janky Realtor I wanted to inform everyone that please do not rent from this realtor company they are very shady not trustworthy please stay away. Me and my spouse rented from this company almost a year ago and the house that we rented from had a lot of issues and problems and the property manager Lisa Knapp was very nonchalant about fixing the problems at the house. Nevertheless they promised us that this was going to be a long-term contract after one year, the owner of the house wanted us to leave for no reason. Also, the neighbor in the back of the house was very annoying. She was always snooping around and assaulting our company when they come to the house. The house 1917 James Ave had poor AC system and plumbing problems and a share waterline after we have signed the contract. Let not
