I used Fausto's services, he was referred to me. Unfortunately, he did not meet our expectations. I was embarrassed and disappointed about his services, and my client was completely unhappy with the very poorly done inspection. Fausto failed to inspect very important items; the stove, the oven, amongst other items. Once he received payment, he disappeared. **Please note that we did receive the inspection report. I reached out a number of times via text, email and over the phone, because the inspection report was not descriptive, it was vague and lazy. He did not have the courtesy to apologize for the lack of response and does not understand the meaning of professionalism. Save yourself the headache and do not hire this guy!
