Unfortunately, our first two nights in Florida were spent in a run-down hotel. We laugh about it now, but at the time it felt so disappointing to not have a space that matched such a special moment in our lives. Then we found this condo, and it was everything we had hoped for. From the moment we walked in, we felt like it completed our wedding day. We recently stayed at one of Marilyn’s properties and had the best experience! The home was perfect for our family and had everything we needed for our stay. Marilyn was so accommodating and ensured we were in the best property that fit our Mothers physical limitations. We are already planning our next trip!

We stayed in World Golf Village last week and can't say enough good things about the experience. The home was spacious and clean and perfect for our visit. We enjoyed it so such, we decided to extend and Marilyn had a great alternative property for us to stay. We love St Augustine and are planning to stay at one of Marilyns places next trip.

I recently rented a short-term property through International Golf Realty while waiting for my new home to be completed. The experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend them. Communication was poor, follow-through was lacking, and the overall service did not reflect the professionalism I expected. As a landlord myself, I understand the importance of providing tenants with clear communication, reliability, and respect. Unfortunately, this company fell short in all those areas. If this is how they handle short-term renters, I know exactly who I won’t be trusting with any of my own properties

This property is absolutely perfect! It's incredibly spacious, clean and updated. The screened in back patio with a TV was great for unwinding with some drinks after a long day. I was shocked to see the house was stocked with all of the essentials (and then some!) upon check-in. I can't recommend this property any more highly. Marilyn was a pleasure to deal with and checking-in and access to the community was seamless. I would definitely stay here again.
