Intermountain MLS (IMLS)

completely unhelpful. don't bother with listing your home with them. as a buyer do not trust them. they refuse to disclose any information about the homes that may be potential risk factors.

These people are just in it to collect money and any late fees they can. Very unprofessional service, I have gone on their website I don’t know how many times over the years to put in my credit card information and set up auto pay only for their systems to be down and not working or “going through changes” without notice and not saving the credit card information therefore never processing the auto pay and adding illegitimate late fees. This most recent time they ran an audit at my request to see that our updated bank account information was added many months ago yet somehow they said it was not set up on auto pay, and the auto pay was still set to our old card information. They still charged us a $50 late fee and quite honestly I’m not sure if it was their system again or our mistake, but

I have had nothing but incredible experiences with IMLS. The fees are much more reasonable than I paid in another state. Asked for help with how to use a feature and was talked through it also give paperwork on the steps. Never rude always helpful. Never had an issue with Paragon ever. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

The consumer version of the MLS website is the worst home search website I’ve ever experienced. Information doesn’t show correctly, and many listings are missing. It only shows a fraction of listed properties, and is very glitchy and clunky. Please update this grossly non-functioning and outdated software. It would be nice for a buyer to be able to do their own searches with software that actually works instead of rely on what the agent feels like giving you for search results. If there was a zero star option, I would choose that. It’s sad that Zillow is miles above the MLS, since the MLS is the source of the listings and should be a resource for buyers to help them in working with their realtor. Epic Fail.

If there was a zero star option, I would have selected that. Where do I start? The IMLS is always down, the portal/site crashes constantly. Despite the $400 users pay for access. None of the agents are happy with the IMLS. The taxes load incorrectly. The fees are never ending, constant nickel and diming. Last but certainly not least, the IMLS advertises on their own platforms for a company called "We Buy Houses." This company encourages the use of their service to bypass reatlors to avoid commissions, etc. This ad is on the home page of the IMLS... That realtors pay for. Realtors are who keep the IMLS doors open, yet they feel ok about advertising for a company that is trying to bypass realtors? If you know anything at all, you know the value of a good realtor.
