Your managment is disgusting. I quit a month after the hotel was bought out. I had requested off for my DECEASED MOTHERS BIRTHDAY TO SPEND TIME WITH MY FAMILY and the manager proceeded to guilt trip me with "TSK WE REALLY NEED TO TALK ABOUT YOUR AVAILABILITY NOW I HAVE TO DO A TRIPLE SHIFT" THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER CALLED OUT SICK. It is not MY responsibility to take of her! If you arent ready to MANAGE dont be a MANAGER. This is extremely unprofessional and ignorant and just sad. Shows a lack of hospitality which is IRONIC.
They allow the GM manager at a hotel to belittle and discouraged their employees. Such a horrible company. Stay away!!
The best at what they do. Top notch organization. Seems like it would be a great place to work too.
