Integrity Property Management

The WORST management company ever! I have lived at my unit for over 16 years now where this complex is likely 80 years or so old with little to no improvements…our rent is “cheap”. We all have understandably had many issues with the upkeep as the owners and management company don’t ever want to fit things professionally or at all. Worst is now it is causing damaged to my vehicle which the management company says that isn’t their issue while not returning my phone calls or voice message and taking if further by now deleting my maintenance requests every time I put one in….and since the owner says that I am lying about it. Lying? Sounds like someone is pushing blame and not wanting to handle their responsibilities to me. Lying about what? Look at the photos! The overhead until of the garag

This agency does the bare minimum to protect itself, not the tenant. Pest control was sent, but they refused to take responsibility for the health risks or unsafe living conditions. No follow-up, no support, no alternative housing. When things get serious, they abandon you. Avoid this agency.

We have been a tenant at a building managed by integrity property management since 2008. I can't say anything but good things about Integrity. In the past 15 years, I have dealt with almost everyone here; It started with Terri and Monique, then Ryan, to our current supervisor Veronica. They have always responded to our calls in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner.

As a real estate broker myself, I am appalled at what I have seen with Integrity Property Management. They do nothing properly or competently and treat each client as their personal piggy bank. Ryan and Randy Planegger are untrustworthy and incompetent. You would be better off burning your property to the ground than hiring this company to manage it.

No one EVER gets back to us. No one. We've been living in the same unit for over a year now. Voice mails, e-mails, phone calls. When the receptionist does pick up it's either "he's in the field" or "she's out having lunch" no matter what time in the day. At least get back to your tenants! @photos - I've left an email twice already regarding this "no smoking" policy. There is a plaza in the midst of the units where women smoke regularly.
