Our HOA board recently hired Integrity Management Systems after dealing with an incompetent management company before, and the difference has been remarkable. In a very short time, their professionalism, communication, and responsiveness have stood out in every way. I emailed them this morning about an issue, and within an hour they had already passed it to our on-site maintenance staff, Chris—who clearly takes pride in his work and cares about the property. We’re genuinely impressed and grateful to have a management team that finally gets things done.

What a beautiful destination Thanksgiving we had! Perfect room for a family gathering with my sisters family. Remember to take towels for the beach, pool and hot tub!!

The professionalism displayed by Debbie during a challenging time with our previous HOA has been greatly appreciated. Once she was in charge the process of correcting an insurance issue became seamless. Debbie has been available and responsive to our calls and emails as well. It’s nice to have our condo back in shape 😃

Meredith was absolutely incredible to work with. From start to finish, she was professional, organized, and genuinely dedicated to helping me. I want to Thank Integrity Management and a special shout out to Ellen Gilroy who helped my husband and I find the best rental here in Myrtle Beach! We were out of state and she went over and beyond for me. She answered every call and every question that I had!
