Integrity Homes at Potomac Overlook

Integrity Homes did a beautiful job building our very first home and we’re thrilled to be living in Potomac Overlook. Paul and Will were straightforward and easy to work with right from the start. They communicated quickly and answered our questions honestly. The builders respected our requests when it came time for the walk throughs and everything we requested was fixed and handled very well! The National Harbor area is beautiful with a fun downtown, a bunch of great restaurants and shops, and conveniently located close to Alexandria and not far from DC proper. We love living here and are so thankful to Integrity Homes for building us a wonderful home!

In Will and Paul, the Sales Managers for Integrity Homes at the National Harbor, I found just that - two angels. This is my third new home purchase, and the second with Integrity Homes. I am so lucky to find this beautiful townhome. This townhome is very convenient to go anywhere. Best location and feels like staying vacation home. My favorite is how they design the kitchen. My dog loves to go garden. Well maintained. All my neighbors are very friendly and nice. I love this community and I hope you can come and visit model homes.

I am writing this review to bring to your attention the unethical and troubling experiences I have encountered while attempting to purchase a townhome from Integrity Homes. Throughout the process, I have been subjected to deceitful practices by the sales manager at Integrity Homes. Despite my clear instructions to replicate the model home and provide me with a final price, I was misled regarding the specifications and the associated costs. It was only later, when pressured to visit the design center, that I discovered significant disparities that would result in an additional cost of approximately $150,000.
