December 2024 Update - Integrity is still the best mortgage broker in town (and possibly everywhere). Brandon is my go to. We have now closed four mortgages with Brandon and Integrity and all transactions went smoothly and closed on-time. I would rate my experience with Integrity First Financial way way higher if I could! David Jeffrey was absolutely incredible and worked hard and efficiently to help me buy a home. I was able to communicate with him anytime throughout the day and he answered any questions I had immediately. This was my first time purchasing a home and David walked me through everything. Integrity First Financial far exceeded our expectations! David and Kim were absolutely amazing to work with. They are detail oriented and stay on top of things. They made the process easy and it felt like such a great experience. We went in to IFF mid March and moved into our new home the second week of May. It was stress and worry free the entire process.
