I rarely write reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt other renters deserved to know. Long-term tenant — treated poorly at move-out. Excessive and delayed charges, slow and dismissive communication, and no appreciation for how well the home was maintained. Threatened lawsuit if I didn't pay the excessive charges....If you expect honesty and fair deposit handling, look elsewhere. Rented a unit on Williamsburg dr from Integral. The Good - Great neighbors, great location, and heat was included at my rental. The bad- high rent for dated, dirty units with cheap finishes. Very low water pressure. Water smells like swamp water. no month-to-month option if you want to look around. You can sign their addendum which puts you on the hook for 3 mo rent plus utilities IF you purchase property. Just plan on not getting most of your security deposit back unless you paint your way out the door.

Truly the worst!!!! Management will ignore any requests, and even when they do send someone out for a GAS SMELL, they said "well I don't smell it right now so there's really nothing we can do", or for broken windows "unless you're going to pay for that to be fixed yourself, that's not getting fixed." Kept a huge chunk of our security deposit because the gross dust and dirt is so engrained that even 3 straight days of cleaning couldn't get it all - moved into the grossest apartment ever, no updated paint, holes in walls, insane chips of paint coming off the wall, only to be told upon move out that "the paint chipping was above wear and tear." They are a nightmare and will lie to you, don't recommend renting from them unless you absolutely have to. On a better note, it is pretty cheap. But

Even if you rent one of the nicest properties from these people, do not expect to receive any help from them. Our ceiling caved in and was leaking and they do not answer their phone calls ever!! So we had to email them about an emergency maintenance issue. Also, if you are moving in with roommates, make sure that you have an arrangement with roommates that you can trust…it was in writing that our security deposit would be sent to a specific address, however integral sent it to our roommates address without our permission or knowledge. Do not trust this management company. They also really need to send every single roommate their own check for the security deposit to make it easier. Lastly, I have no idea what was taken out on our security deposit since it was sent to the untrustworthy room

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place was absolutely terrible. I moved in mid 2020 and it was abundantly evident that the ONLY thing that was cleaned was the carpets. The cabinets and bathroom floors were disgusting and I had to spend an entire day scrubbing to get the grime off. The water pressure was so bad when I moved in that it would sometimes just dribble out of the shower head. After over a month of trying to get them to resolve this and being told “it’s because someone upstairs is using the water”, they finally fixed it. I had to shower at a friends house for that first month because it was so bad. When the washing machine broke with my clothes in it, I called maintenance and they told me to call the number on the washer …The MAINTENANCE STAFF told me to call someone else fo
