Integra Cove Apartments

My husband I went on a tour here today. We have just moved here from California and have been looking for apartments. Carmen was very helpful and understanding and answers all of our questions. From the moment we arrived we were open with open arms. She was very understanding of our situation. She showed us the apartment and amenities. Let us look at the apartment and asked questions we had. We were both very satisfied and impressed and will be applying to move here. Defentily recommend checking this place out

I had a great experience living at Integra Cove Apartments. My stay was very pleasant from beginning to end. The entire staff was always professional, friendly, and very helpful whenever I needed assistance. The community is well maintained, clean, and the atmosphere feels comfortable and welcoming. Any questions or requests I had were handled quickly and professionally. I truly appreciate the excellent service and positive environment during my time there. I would definitely recommend Integra Cove to anyone looking for a great place to live. Thank you to the whole team for such a great experience!

Been Living here for nearly 2 months now, everything is perfect! I abruptly moved here due to unlivable conditions at my old apartment. Fabiola at the front desk was super understanding of my situation and worked quickly to get me in the community as fast as possible. She got me in my unit within the week I toured! Maintenance is awesome, Frankie shows up the day of to repair any issues needing fixed. My dishwasher wasn’t draining upon move in and I had a new one installed the day after he came to inspect it. The amenities really add up to the “luxury” aspect of these apartments. The pool is beautiful, clean, and the most relaxing (my favorite) place of the community. I toured this complex recently and even though I did go with a different option I wanted to make sure to compliment Sophia who was in touch with me regarding available options at Integra Cove. She was extremely friendly and professional from day one and was fantastic with her follow up as I was trying to see what apartments might work with the timing of my move. A couple of other reasons I did not go aoth Integra Cove is they charge you for community utilities along with you paying your own unit utilities monthtl. Also they have a few added fees such as a smart home fee every month that I just felt wasn't needed even though the features may be helpful to some. If the timing of my move worked out better for the specific apartment I wanted, I probably would have moved in here. But the only

Today I had the pleasure of touring Integra Cove Apartments with my friends, and the experience was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Fabiola, who was incredibly kind, professional, and informative throughout the entire tour. She took her time showing us around, answered all of our questions with patience, and truly made us feel comfortable and valued. The property itself is beautiful, and the welcoming energy made the experience even better. Huge thank you to Fabiola for such an outstanding tour—she truly made our visit special!
