Overview When my family was relocating to the Orlando area, we focused on Winter Garden. I made a long list of apartments and we toured a ton of them — honestly too many, to the point where my family was getting frustrated. Most places checked a few boxes, but none really felt right. Then we came across Integra Avalon, which had just opened, and it immediately stood out. My wife didn’t even want to look at another apartment that day, but we’re both really glad we did. Location The complex is at the bottom of Avalon Road, a little farther south than we originally wanted (we were looking closer to Hamlin and Waterleigh). But it ended up being a great choice. We really loved Integra Avalon. The apartments are beautiful and the community made a great impression on us. Vanessa was amazing! I had a great experience with this apartment community from start to finish. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and in a convenient location. What really made the difference, though, was Vanessa, the leasing agent. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. Vanessa took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping residents, and she truly went above and beyond. I just happened to find this little gem after leaving another complex and I was very pleasantly surprised. I walked in without any appointment and the leasing agent was very polite, kind and very attentive to my questions even though it was at the end of her day. She printed the material that I needed and followed with I would love to show you the property. Her name is Vanesa. Very professional and knowledgeable. We made an appointment for the next day. The apartments are well designed., ample space in the closet with all the amenities necessary. She even showed me the apartment furnished., it looked great! All the amenities are great, clean and new! Nice pool area and best of all the apartments are reasonably priced and the community has some great specials to move in. Overall the exper
