I lived at this property for 2 years. Living here was great until old management left and Janice took over the property, Maintenance was always great. Janice made the whole experience living there miserable, She has complete lack of accountability for anything, I was constantly being charged violation fees for renters insurance that never lapsed, the key cards barley worked and it was always an excuse as to why they didn’t work. You never see anyone leave the office unless they are showing an apartment. Compared to before old management would come around and ask you if you had any issues if they seen you outside. The trash a lot of times would not be picked up, another issue (and service you pay for monthly) that if brought up would go nowhere. I had mouse droppings in my garage and when b

This was an amazing place to live. I’ll remember the memories I made here for years. The apartments are beautiful and having Gemini Springs right behind it makes for a great Saturday walk. The staff is phenomenal as well. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and very helpful and always making improvements to the community such as adding an artificial turf dog park recently and screening in the breezeways. Finally, the amenities are top notch - a 24/7 gym with actual free weights and a pool to jump in afterward. This was one of my best decisions living here. Would definitely recommend!

Dave was very professional and handled my Issue in a timely manner. He fixed my problem easily and answered any questions I had along the way. I could tell he was Extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated his assistance.

The Management staff person was very welcoming, pleasant and knowledgeable of all aspects of the housing community. The tour was amazing. My daughter and I were excited about moving in and were interested in renting 2 units. The hindrance in following through with applying is the their Policy on applicants qualifying only by having a monthly income 3 times the monthly rental. Unfortunately, we didn't qualify.

I had an amazing experience with getting my first apartment and I had a wonderful person named Evelyn Zuniga help me through the process and it was very quick and easy and straightforward and the whole process was very exciting so I recommend 289 exchange 100%.
