As always A+ service we had a difficult seller on a broker deal Madison and her team nailed it taking the rains to help close the deal I have been use Insured for well over 15 yrs they never disappoint

Terrible experience. Second time using this service. Hung up on twice. Don't believe I will be using this service again. Worked through transfer of funds. These agents deregistered an aircraft with no consideration of the buyer for aircraft transport. When I brought up my concerns and asked why they do not account for this, they keep replying that they are 3rd party, and only rely on instructions given. When asked if this is how they treat customers, and want repeat business, they respond "that's fine" and hang up. Really expected more from this service. Now we the buyer are left scrambling. This team significantly dropped the ball here.

IATS get job done in a very time efficient manner and is always right on the point. Highly recommend to use IATS if you need help registering your aircraft, or have any concern about aircraft registration.
