Do NOT rent from ANY property managed by Inspire Residential. Filthy apartments and no effort to clean before new residents move in. See photos of my baseboard heaters and blinds below. In addition to SO MUCH DIRT/DUST on the floor, there is a plastic kids' ring, a Lego figure, and a Goldfish cracker (just in the first 2 feet next to my front door). None of those things are mine and have obviously been here for ages. I've asked for info from management on when the bedroom carpet was last cleaned, but gotten no response. It seems like they didn't do any additional cleaning beyond what the previous resident did - so dirty blinds, fans, windows, and carpet. The first least they sent me had the rent $110 MORE per month than advertised (they corrected it when I pointed it out), then the FREE

UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW: I’m writing this as a serious warning to future tenants: do not rent from this property management company. My experience has gone from frustrating to unsafe, and the company has repeatedly dismissed real problems instead of fixing them. Since my last review, things have gotten worse. I’ve experienced multiple electrical hazards in the home, including hot outlets and a persistent ozone/burning smell throughout the house. The heater also emits a strong, unpleasant odor that suggests something is not operating correctly. These are not minor inconveniences — they are safety issues. On top of that, several windows condensate heavily and leak, causing significant mold growth. I reported this immediately and provided photo evidence. Karen Kirkpatrick and maintena

The company has no idea what is going on or how to landlord tenants. I have lived here for several years and been through four different Land Lord companies. This one is by far the worst. When I moved into my current apartment, it was because my apartment in the building next-door had a lot of damage due to a main water pipe clog that took them two weeks to come by and assess. Another two weeks to repair the damage. I was not offered an alternative place to stay during this time. I had to stay i with my mother. I had to board my two dogs, which I was not reimbursed for. I was offered to move into an apartment in the building next-door for a small increase in rent, which I accepted. After my move-in, I found out that the years old carpet was never replaced. The tenant that lived in the apar

Talk about slum lords. Terrible experience renting at Elmira apartment studios in Denver. Say they are “newly remodeled” but just covered in layers of white paint and added newish appliances that aren’t full size. There’s only an induction stovetop no oven so no baking! Photos advertise the 4 front larger units that have two large windows etc. however all other 20 units have one small living room window and less square footage … yet you’re charged the same. No cameras or security. The back door was broken into multiple times without being fixed. Packages were constantly stolen. Fire alarms would go off for hours. the shared laundry in the basement was horrendous. Constantly broken, washers filled with water, sketchy app to pay for it, the basement in general was in a bad state, walls crumb

Doesn't return security deposits back in the legal time frame of 60 days (with no explanation as to why or any contact at all). Also illegally charges residents for wear and tear, such as minor paint touch ups. This is a directly violation of Colorado law. Be aware. They clearly will give you a run for your money.
