We enjoy living at Inspire SouthPark! The area is fantastic and close to great restaurants and shops. The common areas are always clean. I see the cleaning crew nearly every day in the gym! The pool and hot tub are also a great community amenity. They often have community events and food trucks for the residents. I have seen some reviews regarding crime, which I have never experienced living here. I have not felt unsafe in the area or the grounds of the apartment complex. I have seen pictures and concerns regarding individuals roaming the garages, but can’t personally speak to that. Cons: Dog grooming area hoses do not get warm- the water is freezing coming out. We had rented a unit here recently and I cannot give enough praise to the staff. The common areas are always clean and the office team is extremely attentive. Tiffany was quick to respond and even offered a tour of the entire building complex, it really put us at ease. I am thankful to have gotten to work with her. This property has great amenities that I feel not many places are able to provide such as an indoor dog park, dog spa, and several sports greens.

In general, we were satisfied with the complex. I'll start with the pros: A good complex with everything you need for recreation: swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, business and lounge rooms, etc. They’re cleaning regularly, everything is clean! Various events are held periodically. But one big drawback is lazy concierges, who are also not always polite in communication. They were polite only when we signed the contract. After that, if you need any help with your apartments, you can wait for weeks. For example, when my microwave broke down and the air conditioner began to leak, I waited for the staff to fix it for about 20 days, despite the fact that I was assured at the check-in that it was all done very quickly. I moved to Charlotte from one of the best luxury properties in Kansas City metro area. As a resident at Inspire for 1.5 years, I’ve enjoyed my time here; starting out in a 2/2 floor plan then moving to a 3/2.5 floor plan. The latter plan is excellent and feels like a home. The amenities here are excellent and grounds are maintained. I love that the pool is year round. One advertised amenity, the beer on tap, was a deciding factor for my boyfriend in choosing this property however it’s disappointing that it’s never been (and won’t be) available. I’ve had only positive interactions with the office staff, and the maintenance team is friendly, responsive, and trustworthy. This apartment complex is wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a concierge service that will help you whenever needed. Your packages are secure with their Luxer mail system. The grounds are consistently clean as well as the pool. I highly recommend renting here. Helene
