Inside Out Home Inspections

I'm looking into buying a house and called around for quotes on inspection. I decided to go with Lucas, and I was not disappointed! He was able to get us scheduled pretty quickly, he had a fair price and was extremely thorough and pleasant throughout the entire experience. Thank you, Lucas!

Bad experience Couldn’t get a straight answer. I had him come for a pest inspection and water test. He couldn’t give me a straight answer on either. I ended up going with someone else. The water test results came back and I didn’t understand them and wasn’t able to get much clarification. I never received a bill or a response about the bill so I can’t complain about value for $, but all in all, Lucas was not very much help.

We had a inspection done, including water and septic. We had a very good experience. Lucas was very knowledgeable and responsive. I would highly recommend.

We just finished our 4th home inspection with Inside Out and have never had a bad experience. Very thorough and patient with our extensive list of questions and concerns.

Very unprofessional. Cant even return your call on a voicemail let alone make an appr. Definitely not recomended
