Innovative Properties

I contracted with Innovative to manage my house for over 20 years. They were the hometown realtor in my opinion with some quirks but exceptional service in a difficult real estate sector. Their response to any problems was handled directly between their office and the tenant without a lot of interaction with the ownership. They do their best to have repairmen on site rapidly and the job completed to my satisfaction as an owner and theirs as the manager. Overall I highly recommend them for all your real estate needs.

Innovative has been my property management company for nearly 7 years. They were always on top of everything for me and my particular manager, Michelle was always in contact with me on any issues. They are efficient and trustworthy and did a great job.

The staff at Innovative Property are wonderful. I had lived in my home for the past 11 years (I just moved) and they always worked with me thoughout years. I'm a single mother of two and when our lives took a turn 11 years ago and needed a place to stay Innovative Property took a chance on me and because of that I will be forever grateful to them.
