Leo completed a front-of-house extension for us and built a large bathroom above it. Given the complexity, we were especially impressed with how smoothly the work progressed and the overall quality of the build. We’re very pleased with the outcome and would recommend him for extensions and renovations.

Leo worked with us to put an addition onto our cape-style home, and he did an fantastic job! From the first time we met, he heard and listened to everything we were looking to get out of the addition, and even gave us more than we expected. Leo and his crew are amazingly hard working and were very respectful while working in our home. Our addition came out beautiful and we couldn't be happier! Had Leo and his workers do an attic renovation (adding 2 bedroom & dormer). Project took 10 months to complete. Some weeks no one showed up and other times they’d be one guy here for a few days than nothing. Despite the amount of time it took, the work was mediocre at best. Leo stopped answering my calls in the final months and never came to look the work over. Still have holes in my ceilings and other stuff that he’d promised would be finished but at this point I just wanted them out of my house. I would not recommend them at all.

We hired Leo and innovation home improvement construction co. To remove old foundation and install a new foundation for a new garage.
