Inman Quarter Apartments

This is one of the best apartment complexes in the Inman Park area. The maintenance staff is excellent and responds to all issues in a timely manner. Tim and the Management team strives to provide a great community experience for residents. Highly recommended.

I’ve lived here for 5 years. The first 3 years were great. The last 2 years have been a struggle. Guest entry via the elevator was broken for a year and a half, so if I walked my dog and happened to forget my key fob, I would be stuck outside until someone could let me in, which is a safety concern. The first time I went to the office to ask for help getting in when I was locked out of the building, JC was extremely rude about helping me get in. Later, my apartment had a small flood that soaked the carpet in my hallway and closet, then it took 3 weeks of me living with soaking wet carpet for them to send someone to clean the carpet, after I asked multiple times. I then voiced concerns about there being mold under the carpet and no one looked into it. Pretty sure I’m living with mold now. L

Can't say anything about the apartments BUT if you like watching turtles 🐢 while you're supposed to be working this is a great spot

Have lived here for 2 years. The location can't be beat. One of the most active areas in Atlanta. I only drive once a week because everything is walking distance. Good management and well maintained. Rents are higher than normal but worth it.

The vibe is upscale yet comfortable, and the community features like the saltwater pool and rooftop terrace just seal the deal. But what really made the tour stand out was JC. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the property. He didn’t just show me around he made me feel like I was already home. He answered every question with patience and detail, and his energy was contagious. If you’re looking at Inman Quarter, ask for JC.
