Be VERY careful and do your homework when using realtors for sale or rental properties. We had a 50/50 experience working with this company. Bo showed us a property while the listing agent was away. Fantastic experience with her . She could not have been more friendly and outgoing and professional. As a former realtor myself, the listing agent was quite the opposite. Whilst getting ready to move out (because of family reasons) we did the walk through with her. Asking her questions and not getting much verbal response or information. AND I quote “I am not the property manager.” Take MANY photos. We ended up with a broken refrigerator that the owner refused to replace and ended up using an ice chest in the backyard the last 11 weeks we lived there . The property was in impeccable sha
