The property manager is NEVE in the office, and when she is there one day out of the week she always has people in there just chilling like they’re at the club. MY FRIEND HAD A TOUR AND SHE TOOK OUT HERE PHONE AND SHOWED HER A VIDEO. A VIDEO I ALREADY SHOWED HER AND YOLANDA DENIED HER ACCESS TO THE UNIT BECAUSE “THEYRE NOT READY YET” BUT I WATCH PEOPLE GET UNITS READY ALL THE TIME! She drove an hour for the tour just to be shown a damn TikTok video of an apartment?? THE FEW PEOPLE THAT DO STAY ARE READY TO MOVE. THERES NEVER COMMUNICATION UNLESS YOU CALL. WE COULDNT PAY ONLINE I LITERALLY HAD TO CALL. SHE JUST SITS IN THR OFFICE AND EATS OR ENJOY HER LOUD COMPANY. ITS UNCOMFORTABLE BECAUSE WHEN IM HANDLING BUSINESS I DONT WANT PEOPLE IN MY BUSINESS. INGLESIDE HAS ALWAYS HAD THE WORST MAN

Miss. Rosie is AWESOME! 😀 She is very caring in nature, a great listener and very understanding of customers needs. My move-in was PERFECT. The apartment is so cute and comfortable 😍. Great neighbors so far and quiet neighborhood. Also!! I'm super obsessed with how modern and cute my kitchen is. Im a minimalist, so it looks perfect for me 🥰. Some EXTRA perks is the neighborhood is historical with colonial style homes, I'm near the most eclectic downtown area with cute little shops, and walking distance from the corner store. I'm also a big fan of low congested roads and the road along the apartment is free of busy traffic and easy to get in & out.

Well being the way Property is sky high. And for over $1,000 you would think you would get more out of the property. Again Megan don't have a lot to choose from. Property manager until you sign the lease. Can't get nothing fixed. Managers never there. And it's always somebody else's problems never taking accountability. AC is always having to be recharged and if you have a big family this is not the place for you I give it a thumbs down

Don’t move out here lol folks don’t fix nothing , never answer the phone , done changed management and rent prices about 3 times and Ian even been here long . They repaint over anything that’s messed up and now I can’t even bathe I have to always take a shower because my tube peeling so bad . Done got bit by spiders two times . They left my back door wideeee open one time I asked them to fix some . And they still didn’t fix it . Done got a new refrigerator and that one leaking too lmboooo this is insane . Can’t never get to nobody in the office because they all messing around with each other . Please give us Rosie back !!!!
