Still one of the most affordable places in the city.It's well kept and usually managed properly.Prompt office management and maintenance crew, although there's always room for improvement.

THEY HAVE ROACHES UNCONTROLLABLY!! DONT MOVE HERE!!! I had the worst experience ever! I didn't even last 30 days. The exterminater came out and nothing was resolved. The office offered me bug traps and foggers. That tells me that they have issues with roaches. The place is outdated.

There is never any place to park after like 9pm.. mild police activity.

How about they scamming for extra rent money...I can't even hang nothing on my walls because of the 10 layers of chip paint...I went from 810 to 925..I don't complain about nothing cause its not going to get fixed... I'm so embarrassed I got my cousin to move in these apartments and a friend..We All saying the same thing... How about when we take a shower you can see mold the ceiling turned brown... Another thing please get a print out from the office. How about it said I was paying 785.00 .. I never paid that I connected me a housing lawyer.... THEY WILL NOT GET NO EXTRA MONEY FROM ME... I'M TAKING A REAL ESTATE CLASS NOW . BECAUSE IT'S A GOOD INVESTMENT..

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Apartments are very outdated, the walls are cracking, cheap paint job, LOUD NEIGHBORS, AND OUT OF CONTROL ROACHES. I had to pay terminex to spray my apartment 4 TIMES because it was so ridiculous. The price of rent is not worth it. The office people are very rude, and the property itself is a scam!! Can never find your own dumpster, trash being left all over the sidewalks, literally a nightmare moving here!! Thank god I left when I did. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! You will never have any kind of peace or comfort here no matter how nice you try to make it a home and I’ve tried several times. I wouldn’t even advise my worse enemy to live there.
