I’m extremely disappointed with Inframark Community Management West Florida. Their lack of communication and responsiveness is unacceptable, especially for a company responsible for community safety and maintenance. Multiple serious issues have been reported—including a full street with no lighting at night—and despite repeated follow-ups, there has been zero effort to provide updates or take visible action. Residents shouldn’t have to chase down basic information or beg for repairs that directly affect safety and quality of life. Tina Picciano has shown strong professionalism and steady leadership as manager of The Sanctuary of Oak Creek. She successfully guided the HOA through some challenging circumstances, and at our most recent meeting we saw clear, positive results that show the community is now moving forward. Tina communicates clearly, stays focused on solutions, and keeps the best interests of the HOA and residents at the forefront. Her leadership has been a meaningful asset to the community.

I can see by the other reviewers that a poor experience with Inframark Community Management is a pretty standard one. I opened three tickets (first a ticket, and then after such slow response time I thought I did it wrong and opened two more) about a simple, uncovered electric box/drain on the edge of my property. The new construction builder (Ryan Homes) was supposed to cover this before I moved in, and never did. When I followed up with them, they said this was an HOA issue. While I don't believe that was fair of them, I reported this right away to the HOA, not only because of the builder's lack of follow-through, but the hazard/violation it creates. My association just changed the management company to Inframark. I want share my absurd experience trying to pay my dues. Your system is chaotic. I cannot register with the provided account number, registration ID’s, address, email and whatever else I tried! Your “Marsha” and “Mark” are totally useless!! Asked me my name multiple time on repeat. You seem to consider yourself forward company, but I am going to have to send you a paper check, because all the ways you have provided for payment are simply not working. I consider myself tech savvy and don’t have issues with online portals. I am so very disappointed and frustrated!

Absolutely the worst property management company I have ever dealt with in over 30 years. They do not enforce the regulations; they have had issues with elections; they are extremely slow to respond to complaints and email, and they do not conduct proper site inspections. Read the reviews for yourself and you will find that my comments are not uncommon. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
