Information Professional Real Estate school is an EXCELLENT environment for learning Real Estate. The instructor and part owner of the school is Tim Rice. Tim is a GREAT lecturer. He has the ability to take mundane information and transform it into a living, exciting being. He makes the laws and theories INTERESTING. If you enjoy a class environment in which thoughts and opinions are shared between instructor and students, then this is the school. Tim does not run the school by himself. He has a great team. Tim’s wife and other owner, Joan, runs the administrative side of the school. The administrative side is ran with great precision. Documents concerning your license are sent in timely manner to the state and to our governing body. There’s also the lady who handles the calls into the

Tim is a fine instructor. I took the 120 first class live and additional classes home study over a couple weekends. The material covered was clear and thoroughly presented. When i went to AMP to take the 3.5 hour test i finished it in 15 minutes passing on my first try!!! I was a Managing broker. Thanks Tim. Nice job.

I have taken all my Real Estate classes from Salesperson to Managing Broker courses at Informational Professionals Real Estate School. The instructor and his assistants are very informative, helpful, professional and patient with all the students. I honestly can say, they live up to their responsibilities when preparing others to enter into the real world of real estate. I keep coming back for all my continued education classes. I started with Information Professionals Real Estate School back in 2005/2006. The teachers at this school prepared me for my Salesperson License, Broker License, and transition to Real Estate Managing Broker License.
