Worst title company experience. As a realtor, I have worked with many title companies, and this is by far the worst. There was a severe lack of communication and responsibility in handling their duties. I had a land closing a year ago where they made an error in the recorded documents. When we contacted the county directly, they confirmed that they sent multiple emails and letters to this title company, but never received a response. This level of negligence is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I have used Melissa and her team from the first day they opened a couple years ago and used her when she was at a different company!!! She is hands down the best title agent I have ever had in the past 20 plus years of real estate transactions and business I have been in!!! She has never disappointed any of my client’s transactions and has closed EVERY FILE ON TIME!!!
