Infinity Title Group

Please be warned!!! Anita Florido worked with Amada Cedeno (of Infinity) and promised a few things on paper: that they'll make sure my purchase is legit, have legal access, there are no liens, etc. Basically a title group is supposed to protect us as Buyers! I paid THOUSANDS for Infinity and their insurance, and deed! Guess what? There was a $60,000 LIEN, there was a huge issue between the Seller and the County, and there was no legal access! Costs for a new driveway? $20.000!!! They promised -in writing- that a home would be allowed. Not true - the County denies! So we are stuck, and lost our life's savings! Be warned that they lie, and they do not protect their clients! There might be a lien, a debt, an issue and they don't care! Amada promised to hold all my paperwork till closing. P

Purchasing a home is a big investment and I am Happy Infinity title group was apart of this journey. Samantha is truly amazing and her energy is great. Thanks very much we appreciate you and your business.
