Infinity LoHi

I’ve been living at Infinity LoHi for a few months now and it’s been a great experience. I toured several buildings in the LoHi area, and nothing really compared in terms of location, space, price, and overall community. The unit itself is spacious with plenty of closet space, the building is always clean, and the amenity spaces are well maintained and actually usable. The onsite team is truly the standout, especially Shalayna. I actually walked into Infinity on a whim since it was next to the hotel I was staying at while touring buildings. Even though I didn’t have an appointment and it was late in the day, she made time for me during a very short two-day apartment search—and I’m so glad she did. I moved in to Infinity LoHi at the beginning of February and can’t say enough good things about my experience thus far. Of course the building, location, and apartments was a must, but the biggest contributor to what really sealed the deal is with Shalayna. She gave a great tour, explained all the good deals going on, looked at a couple options and ultimately found the best choice for me. Once the process was rolling she was incredibly responsive and always concise in her replies even when I had a million questions. She was never annoyed and just always personable and understanding! The building is great, up to date, clean, quiet and is in a great location in LoHi with a ton of easy places to get to. So far so good and if anything comes up I know Shalayna and the team will take care of it

Just moved in this week and so excited! Shalayna (MVP) was so incredible and got us so excited to move in with all the activities the building has, location is very walkable yet not loud/chaotic, and the apartments are spacious and nice. Very excited for our new life in LoHi! Dean and Sergio have been incredible ensuring we have fixes to any issues we've had immediately and are incredible too!

My experience working with Shalayna was unmatched compared to any other leasing agent I've worked with in Denver! She took the time to find the best unit available that would fit my needs/requirements, was very patient with questions, and I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me find a home I'd be happy living in.
