He failed to include in the written observations that the house had serious structural damages in the crawl space and floor supports, plumbing concerns beyond what was mentioned, and did not properly address the risk of termites or moisture damage. Months later, I discovered these problems and had to spend over $35,000 in unexpected repairs. When I asked for clarification, the inspector was dismissive and unprofessional.
