I’ve had an incredible experience so far moving in! The leasing team was very informative and willing to answer any questions I had as a new renter, as well as being kind. The apartment itself was very clean when I first arrived, save for some dust here and there. I appreciate the care put into making sure the apartment was a good choice for my personal needs. Overall a very nice experience for a first time renter.

I just recently moved in to Indigo, and so far things have been great. I very rarely leave reviews for much of anything, but I decided I would in this case. Overall, it’s a nice place at a decent price, and I specifically wanted to write this to give Caden H. some recognition for making the whole process of moving in so simple. He’s done a great job making sure I’ve got all the information and resources I need to get things going smoothly, and is very timely in his efforts to respond to and address any questions or concerns. Overall, it’s shaping up to be a comfortable and enjoyable place to live!

Just want to show my appreciation for Terrance one of our maintenance men Here at indigo. He’s very helpful as well as efficient when coming into our home to fix something. I appreciate him always being on top of our Work orders and making sure that we live comfortably here.

Very good value for the price. Office staff was always helpful, even as I had car troubles on my move out day. The only downsides are things out of their control such as how difficult it can be to merge onto the main road from the complex during the busier times of day. But overall I would recommend if someone is looking for a place.

If I could give a negative staring would. The first time I lived here, it was wonderful, this last time, it was trash! My fridge broke, the maintenance would fix it for about a week and it would break again. I finally had to take it to the regional management as the local person was lying about me. I barely kept food in the freezer, but he said it was too full. I had photo to prove what was in it. Maintenance would take forever to get it "fixed". I was moving from a different city and they tried putting me in an apt that was filthy. I have video of that as well. They did get me into a better apt after I showed them the video.
