What a beautiful property, did a quick run inside and spoke to April, very very nice and helpful. Our lease isn't up until mid summer but this will be the first place we return to look at, grounds are immaculate, very clean. Can't wait to re-visit and see all their floorplans and what they offer. After 3 months of living here, we have come to the conclusion that if we ever need to move somewhere else, it will be nearly impossible to top this experience. Before moving here, a big turn off for us was finding so many communities in the area with negative reviews about constant changes in administration and management but this community has not only demonstrated consistent stability, but they truly and continuously work on improving the operation and upkeep of the property. Francis, Veronica, and now Dianys at the leasing office are super stars. Aside from being very friendly and sweet, they are VERY receptive to resident concerns (not that there are many), and they address those concerns in a timely manner.
