Indigo at Abbey Preserve by Mungo Homes

As a local Realtor in the area, I have seen quite a few new construction homes and worked with quite a few new construction agents. Mungo Homes removed the original address listing of this development off of Google maps due to the low ratings and 1 star reviews and created this new address listing. Therefore, I will post my same review posted to the original: What was previously a beautiful sprawling nature preserve open to the public has been destroyed, clear cut, burned and developed into this neighborhood. Living in the area, if you are considering this neighborhood I would encourage you to do ALOT of independent research on the builder in our area as well as understand how bad this area floods (before all the trees were removed), as well as traffic issues(multiple wrecks per week at the intersection). Scott’s hill is a great place, but these new developments are taking away what made Scott’s hill great. Sad sad sa
