Indian Village Apartments

Long review but it’s needed! Don’t live here! I lived here for 5 years and it started off great, it was clean, quiet and I didn’t have any complaints. Then we got a new property manager and everything went downhill, it was a hassle to get maintenance requests done and they weren’t done properly (and we only put in a handful of requests in our 5 years of being there). There were roaches, we sent her a photo of one climbing on the wall on the stairwell a couple floors below us and she said she would call the exterminator and it never happened! Instead she posted a note on the bulletin board about how to prevent them (one thing on there was to only eat food in one room of the apartment), mind you this roach we seen was not in an apartment it was in the stairwell where there is no food or any

Do not live here at all because they will come in your house while your sleeping and read your letters and mail and take pictures also of stuff to, go through ur house while you are sleeping on the couch, they will also tell everyone your history, like your background and everything by sending email to everyone that live here.. horriable place and if they replace an ac or furnace they charge u extrea for rent witch is against the law look it up, the rent goes up every year. Also car port light are still out its been over a year n people have been complaining n they wont fix at all.. maintenance guys steal packages Also they go throw ur storage area too. People smoke in the building cigarettes and weed n when u say something they dont care.. go to a shelter before u come here. Also there

Stayed here for a year. Neighbors never caused any problems. Relatively quiet community. Apartment management was on top of any issues regarding repairs, snow clean up etc.
