What a wonderful dedicated staff! Serena Wise is an exceptional, knowledgeable - and luckily, patient realtor. She obviously knows her stuff. She is excellent at sending lots that fit your needs and not just sending you tons of lots shotgun style.

BUYERS BEWARE. Only rated one star because you cant rate 0. This agency IS FOR THE SELLER. They only care about their money and not their decency. Was completed lied about regarding the taxes and Jackson County raised our property tax 10x within the first 7 months here. Very dishonest people who disregard buyings request. Especially Serena Wise and Chris Maphis. If you do decide to use this agency, I would highly recommend a lawyer because they are very untrustworthy.
