I called the office and no one answered so I left a voice message. We applied online yesterday and paid $50. My husband I were expecting to meet up with the property manager anytime after 12 noon and he said he'd be there until 5 pm today (Sept. 15), but when we got there at 3:17 pm, he was not in the office and we saw a sign on the door that says he'll be back at 8:00. We've been looking to move in because I'm starting a new job this Thursday. This was very inconvenient for us as we drove all the way here from Jacksonville.

Just moved in. So far I can say that the Property Manager Ricky Wagner made my move in stress free. He's very personable , efficient, professional,and will address all your needs. The maintenance man Alan is ABSOLUTELY amazing. He does the work of 3 men every single day. Your request get taken care of the same day. The complex is very quiet,and my favorite part. There is a nice lake with Canadian geese.

The property manager is responsive to emails and maintenance requests are handled the same day. The tenants are extremely noisy! I made a complaint to the property manager and he was supposed to do something about it, but it got worse. UPDATE The A/C unit is terrible. It's what you'd find in a hotel room. There is mold/mildew in the vents that I can't clean, despite using cleaner specifically for that. Because it's so hot in the apartment, there is an odd substance that I've noticed on the closet walls and hall door trims. UPDATE 2 Tenants walk their dogs and don't pick up after them. Some of them will even let the dog do their business in front of your apartment, so when you walk out your door or sit on your patio, you'll smell it!

Love love love my new apartment. Originally moved into a studio and it was perfect but recently decided I wanted a little more space so I asked for a one bedroom. One month later I was given a few options and I was moved into my new place quicky and easily. They made it as easy as possible and I appreciate it. The apartments are a little older but very loved and taken care of. Any problems and they are on it right away. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet piece of paradise.

There are aspects of this place I absolutely love, however, hope you like fighting for parking. This was never an issue for years, but lately it has been brutal. Especially if you arrive home after 3 pm.
