Indian Lookout Apartments

I have lived here for three years, I love our little community. Stephanie the manager is top notch, friendly and gets the job done. The maintenance team is awesome. During the Big Snow Emergency, I was very impressed, the parking lot and sidewalks were plowed several times same day snow started. It did not stop there, they were back days later and plowed parking lot again. Thank you!

I love being a resident here. the staff is wonderful so friendly and helpful with whatever need be, Maintenance is also very timely and effective. I am very fulfilled with how everything has gone for the last year I have been here. My apartment is also so homey I love all the renovations they have done to the apartments. The amenities are also convenient and cleanly.

Where do I even start? This is a wonderful place to live but it’s not just because of the homes, it’s the amazing staff. Stephanie, Maya, Courtney, and Mary are some of the kindest people I have ever met. They are so sweet and helpful. They all treat my dogs so well. They make this place feel like a home. They work so hard and deserve nothing but kindness and gratitude. Mary is so hardworking and does such a good job outside. Please everyone be kind to them! Thank you all for everything you do! I recently visited Indian Lookout for a tour, and I was genuinely impressed from start to finish! The apartments were very nice—everything looked well-maintained, clean, and move-in ready. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking the time to answer all my questions and walk me through every detail. Their professionalism and warmth made the whole experience enjoyable. Overall, a great place to visit and definitely worth considering if you’re looking for a new home!

This review is for Indian Lookout Apartments. The images show water stains at the top of my entrance platform and a hole that wasn’t there when I wrote my first service work order several weeks ago. Actually, it’s been over a month, and I wrote a second work order for the same issues because during strong downpours, water now gets onto the floor. I’ve watched the water stains grow larger as rainwater pools more heavily on the surface. I called the office and spoke to Brook—who is always a serious hit or miss when it comes to explaining details. She told me the maintenance crew didn’t find the source of the water. This is usually where communication turns into a kind of mystical misery. I’m thinking, it’s dry outside, it hasn’t rained in a while, and we haven’t had any hard rains—yet the
