Indian Hollow Apartments

I just recently moved from San Antonio to the Houston area but I lived in Indian Hollow Apartments for over 2 year. I had a great experience. The maintenance crew was always diligent, the front leasing office staff professional especially Robin and Melissa. I really enjoyed my time here and will miss the staff and convenient location.

Very lovely place. Apts,atmosphere & area but it’s very expensive monthly but if you can afford it seems like a cool place. Office is very friendly & helpful with all your options or questions. Even offer snacks while you wait for your appointment or tour.

Best apartment complex ever! I have lived in 3 other apartments and this by far is the best apartment complex ever! I lived here for about a year so I am reviewing from signing the lease to receiving my deposit back after leaving the apartment. Applying/moving in The staff is super friendly and very helpful answering from the most simple questions to the most complex. The application process was very easy. After receiving my keys I entered the apartment And was pleasantly surprised with a welcome gift on the kitchen counter. (I moved in pre COVID So I don't know if this has changed)  The apartment was clean and almost looked to have had nobody living in it previously. It was that nice! I have only positive things to say about Indian Hollow. I have lived here for 4 years and it’s been great. Melissa in the office has been especially kind and professional. The maintenance team comes quickly and fixes things thoroughly, not just some halfway job. The pool is very nice and the other residents I’ve interacted with are friendly. No issues with pests other than ants getting into my cat food which the office quickly sent a specialist out for who thoroughly treated my apartment. No problems since! Having a garage has been so convenient and the inside of the apartment is very nice. Any minor issues I’ve had have always been fixed quickly. Most importantly, I feel safe here. I go on daily walks around the community and always feel safe and love seeing the squirrels. I am moving onl

Indian Hills apartments are amazing. It is a beautiful area and co-residents are very nice and friendly. The pool is so pretty and well maintained. The gym is so nice and kept clean. The staff are WONDERFUL and so accommodating, over and above. The maintenance crew are EXCEPTIONAL professionals who work very hard to make things right. I wish I could say more. We have been here for a few years and just love it.
