Indian Brook Apartments

Maintenance does not do preventative care on the washers, dryers, furnaces or air conditioners. The laundry room ceiling fell down yesterday soaking wet because the condensation tubes from the aircondioners were never cleaned out. Still dripping.

The buildings are very nice for the price you pay, but it is somewhat impossible to get ahold of the front office. As well they have cleaning procedures in the laundry rooms that they say they abide by, however; I’ve lived here since September and have never seen someone clean the laundry room let alone sanitize it. The same dust has been in the drier since move in.

So overall a nice place to live, prices are good. But some of the tenants are very rude and some Harass you, tired getting ahold of management and never get a response back. At the point were i will have to call the cop. Like a said nice place to live, very convenient with everything being around, just not the best with Communication.x

The apartments are OK. My son used to live there. It was difficult to get management to fix problems that occur. Pretty convenient location. Prices were competitive.

Perfect place to live mataince people are the best good safe peacfull lovely place to live well taken care of close to stores for people that cant get out that often like myself strickly enforced rules if you are loud noisy and inconsideret dont come here good quite apts management is great realy right on the ball a good place to settel in to Best wishes to you.
