Jennifer was amazing. I have been in real estate for 13 years and I am impressed. Not only was she extremely thorough with her documents, timeline and notification for critical dates but she went above and beyond to dig up documents and save the deal for my clients. After 19 years of full time Real Estate as a Broker Owner conducting my own transactions as well as auditing the transactions of my team of Realtors I can say that this title company has provided the worst customer service of my career. Brittany Moore has been combative and incompetent from the beginning of servicing the 2 transactions that were sent to her office. Her boss Alicia had the gall to pick up the phone and call me to tell me that I should stop calling or emailing them because it is interrupting their work flow. Had I been given an answer rather than an ongoing incompetent string of incorrect responses, I would not have had to reiterate the question. I just wanted to write a quick review after the stellar service my wife and I received from this company. Their employees went above and beyond when we had issues getting our money for our downpayment from another title company. Although it will be many years before we need to sell or buy a home again this will be the only title company we use. Thank you Alicia for making the closing on our new home a pleasurable experience.
