Independence Title - Schultz & Kellar - Flower Mound

Consumers beware, this title company is horrible. We had a submit paperwork 3 because the paperwork was filled-out incorrectly. And then they told us that we're going to have to do an appraisal and some other stuff before closing. And then all of a sudden, they told me on the 31st that we had closing, and then I needed to sign. I had to drive back from Austin to fault worth. Because it was a three hour notice of when this was supposed to be done.That's horrible. And then after it was all said. And done I was supposed to get a check on the thirty first, which is that day, but then they stated they could not deliver to a peel box instead of asking me other ways of and getting my money.That day they just said we'll put it in the mail. Well, my PO box we'll notify me as I'm this did not happen
