My mom told me if I have nothing nice to say then don't say anything. But this time I will! All I will say is STAY FAR AWAY! This is a very unprofessional company to say it nicely. If you have to work with them don't do anything by phone, only in writing! And yes, Lynn please feel free to contact me, But I highly don't think that you will because you will not even return my calls. Homeowners and renters say far away!! I have just seen your response. WOW! LOL You did not follow the contract Fact! 100%. Get your facts straight! This a review of your company and it is 100% based on facts and my interactions with your company. As a veteran I will warn any and all who I come inContact with about for under handed sneaky ways of doing business with your company. ALL FACT BASED!

So far we’ve had no issues! They are attentive to our work orders and always get back to us. Anthony is the best and deserves a raise he always helps us out with our questions and concerns. We’ve been living in our home for a year and a half now.

I recommend avoiding this company at all costs. The realtor who works with us is incredible, but the rest of the management team is just a total disaster. When we moved into the house, it had a strong dog smell. It was from the previous tenant, who owns a dog, which was OK, ok, and understandable. And for the tenants who have pets or whose friends have pets, please pay attention to your lease agreement for that PET section, especially. Unlike other rental lease agreements, this one is so different, saying zero pets are allowed in the house, and the same goes for pet sitting. If you have a friend who has a dog or a pet, in general, walk into your house with the pet, you'll be charged $500 to your account. ***Question. If a person has a fly in the house and recognizes that fly as their pet,

Stay away from this company. We have been complaining for about a year that our fence is rotting and our dogs get out constantly (you know, the dogs that I had to pay the non refundable pet deposit for). Their solution to that problem was to put plastic chicken wire over the holes (the entire fence). The ice maker in the freezer hasn't worked the entire time I've lived here, not a huge deal..but something they said they'd fix and never did. The kitchen sink started leaking, it was replaced and they left the hole where the sprayer was supposed to go (because why not leave a giant hole beside a water source?) and water leaked down into the cabinet below the sink.. now, 5 months later..it's moldy!!! The absolute worst experience I’ve had and I’ve been in the military since 2019. They are out to get your money. Have an extreme lack of empathy. I had a friend who owned a puppy and they were trying to charge me $800 for unauthorized pet fee cause he was in my house when a friend was visiting, as one of their workers did an inspection on my apartment. They absolutely did not work with me as it was a complete misunderstanding. Please look elsewhere. They are trash just like their apartments.
