If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. I filled out the application and got a text message back saying pay deposit with a link. I asked about a lease agreement (paper version) and an office location because I prefer to pay with cashier's check. The next day I received a text saying the property has already rented. When I called prior to filling out an application, he was eager to answer. When I called after filling out the application, he either didn't answer or was rude. I honestly believe Rob is a scammer. Don't ever rent from him.

This is a horrible realty group. Rob never remembers anything literally nothing and has a very bad attitude very rude. You have to call and remind him over and over again about maintenance. They only have 1 mechanic john who keeps making excuses for them. He has a attitude at times. I would not recommend them to anyone. I will be leaving ASAP.

I wanted to share my personal experience with Independence Realty (Rob specifically). My friend and I are college students, but we couldn't afford to stay on campus any longer. We looked everywhere for a place to stay, but we kept getting turned down because we didn't make 3x the rent. We didn't have anyone to turn to to co-sign for us, and there was only a limited amount of time we had to move out of our current spot on campus. When I called Independence Realty, I spoke to Rob and told him our situation. He was very willing to help us out even though we didn't make 3x the rent. I toured a place, and he offered it to us immediately, which was the best thing that could happen to us! I am so grateful that we came across an understanding man like Rob, and I would highly recommend this realty

I was very satisfied with this company. I highly recommend this company. Robert Taylor is great and does the best job. I rented one of his rental properties and I had no complaints at all. He makes sure the property is well taken care of and kept his promise on giving me a great, affordable, safe place to reside. I appreciated that not only is he a great Realtor but it is always wonderful to do business with someone that is kind and compassionate with a welcoming warm smile.

My husband and I moved from Alabama in 2010 and we hired Independence Realty to be our property management company. In the beginning, things were a little bit rough, we were working with a lady by the name of Constance. She was a hot mess! Robert Taylor phoned me one evening and notified me that he had taken over all of her properties and she was no longer with the company (shew, thank goodness)!! Once Robert took over, we haven't had any issues that wasn't fixed immediately. For instance, one of his assistance sent us a rent check for a different property. He paid almost $30 of his money to send us an over night check to Alaska. Back in June, our tenants lease was up and he wanted to move but Robert sealed the deal and we arranged different lease agreement to fit the tenants budget. I cou
