Independence Place Apartments

Last week I had a great experience with the maintenance service at Independence Place. The technician who came out was very professional and respectful throughout the entire visit. He addressed multiple concerns on my behalf, including heating, lighting replacement, and bathroom repairs, and all tasks were completed promptly and to a high standard. I really appreciate how efficiently the work was done and how clean everything was left afterward. Even though I didn’t catch his name, he represented the maintenance team very well. JS

I recently stopped by this apartment complex for a tour and was genuinely impressed. Aliyah showed me around, and she was courteous, upbeat, and incredibly informed about the property. She made the entire visit clear, comfortable, and enjoyable. The rest of the leasing staff was also warm and attentive. The community itself is spotless, well-designed, and offers great amenities, creating a welcoming environment that really feels like somewhere you’d want to live.

I had a great experience touring Independence Place Apartments. The community was clean and well maintained, and the layout options were nice. Anita was very helpful, friendly, and answered all of my questions, which made the tour easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend checking this place out!

UPDATE ON THE BOTTOM. (THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN FIXED. There have been nonstop people smoking weed at the pool. Also people that don’t live here playing on the basketball court leaving a huge mess every weekend.) UPDATE ON REVIEW. the office is very helpful on situations. All in all a good place to live. ANOTHER UPDATE. Changed it to 4 stars, it is a nice place to live, very nice and accommodating staff that work here. They try really hard to please as many people as possible while trying to maintain a safe and respectful place for the community.
