I had a great experience with working with Independence Home Loans. They work well with Rural towns, such as Montana. It is hard to arrange people to come appraise and inspect, but they were helpful every step of the way, and make sure everything was in place. Preston was the best! He and his team helped get things done well. I would recommend this for small town folks that may think, well, we do not have the services. Yes, you do, and they make sure they find someone. Tanner Bradford at Independence Home Loans made buying my first home an excellent experience. He was incredibly transparent, explained everything clearly, and made the process feel simple from start to finish. He worked hard to secure us the best possible rate with as little money out of pocket as possible, and helped us negotiate concessions that covered many of our costs. I shopped multiple big banks, and Tanner beat them all while still giving me the space to find the best deal for us. He was so great to work with that halfway through my own purchase, I had him start working on a refinance for my father-in-law as well.
